Guidelines (For Patients & Nurses)
1. Rules and Etiquette for Patient’s Family:
- Respectful Behavior: Always speak politely and respectfully with nurses.
- Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for nurses or doctors to work in.
- Prohibition of Harassment: Physical, mental, or inappropriate comments are strictly prohibited.
- Timely Service: Services must be received at the scheduled time. Delays may result in penalties.
- No Personal Requests: Nurses should not be asked to do personal tasks (like cooking or cleaning).
- Privacy & Recording Policy: Do not take photos or videos of nurses without permission.
- Feedback Etiquette: Even if the feedback is negative, it must be given politely. Abusive or disrespectful language is not acceptable.
2. Rules and Instructions for Nurses:
- Professionalism: Always maintain professional behavior with the patient and their family.
- Punctuality: Services must be provided on time as scheduled.
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Keep the patient and their family’s information and environment confidential.
- Reporting System: Report any abnormal behavior to the company immediately.
- Proper Attire: Wear clean and modest clothing (preferably apron or medical scrubs).
- Medical Ethics: Provide care or prescriptions only according to proper medical guidelines – unethical advice is strictly prohibited.
3. General Rules for Both Parties:
- Mutual Trust & Respect: Both parties must ensure mutual respect and safety.
- Emergency Protocol: In emergencies, contact the company helpline or emergency number immediately.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: The company will take strict action in case of any harassment, abuse, or misconduct.
- Contractual Agreement: A signed agreement is mandatory before receiving or providing services – this ensures legal protection for both parties.
- CCTV or Guardian Presence: If the nurse works night shifts, the family must ensure CCTV is installed or a guardian is present at home.
